These "Qigong" breathing and energy-strengthening exercises help open and balance all the energy channels. They stretch and help move Qi along all 12 organ meridians and are used to improve posture, general health and to increase bodymind awareness. It also included the use of Hara breathing, strengthening our internal sea of Qi.
